Today is day 3 of our Schoolhouse Rock Live! Jr. camp. We are having so much fun teaching all of the children the music and dances for our performances on August 18th. Today’s theme day was USA day. All of the children dressed up in their most patriotic attire. Theme days are always enjoyed by our campers, and staff as well!

Like always, it was a very busy day. The campers started learning the song “Conjunction Junction” during stage time. We also reviewed all of the other songs we have been learning the past couple days. They also learned the dance to “Conjunction Junction” in dance class, led by Miss Erin. In art, the older campers painted the planets that they made yesterday. In games, the children played Sharks and Minos: Dodgeball Version. Sounds like lots of fun! The leads have been learning their blocking for the past couple days, taught by Grace Grassi. We’ve been making so much progress in learning our music and dances. It’s great to see the campers pick up on the music so fast!
