Important Info:

Registration: Wednesday, January 4th at 7:30pm ONLINE.
Who Can Register: Anyone in Kindergarten through 9th Grade
Price: $210 2nd-9th, $180 from K & 1st, $110 each additional child

General Info:

  • Kindergarten and 1st Grade will perform in TWO shows only: Thursday/Saturday Matinee OR Friday/Saturday Evening. This will be assigned randomly.
  • 2nd Grade – 9th Grade will perform in all FOUR shows.
  • Registration is by child, not family through CampSite.
    • Each family will create a family profile and then a profile for each child (referred to as “camper”).This is the same program CCC uses for camp and previous show registrations.
    • If you are a returning family, you should use your existing profile through your Parent Dashboard. Please do not create a new one.
    • If you are a new family, you will be directed to create a family profile upon registration. You can do this in advance by clicking here.
    • You can only set up your profile now; you will not be able to add “Enrollment Options” as of today. They will only appear on Wednesday, January 4th at 7:30pm.
    • If you create your profile now, save your username (your email) and password to save time next week.
  • CCC Staff Members CANNOT sign your child up. This must be done by a parent/guardian or friend. If you are unable to get to a computer at the time of registration, make arrangements for someone to sign up for you.
  • Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. When registration reaches capacity, it will close and a waiting list will automatically begin. There is no prediction of when registration will sell out or close at this time.
  • When is the show?
    • Thursday, March 30th at 7:00pm
    • Friday, March 31st at 7:00pm
    • Saturday, April 1at at 2:00pm
    • Sunday, April 2nd at 2:00pm
  • Practice Schedule (The full broken down schedule will be shared soon):
    • Tuesday & Thursday will be rehearsals for Leads & Supporting Roles from 4:45-6:30pm
    • Sunday will be rehearsals for full cast from 2:00-4:00pm.
  • A few more things you should know:
    • There will be a waiting list. We will do our best to accommodate everyone who is interested. It comes down to safety, space and staffing. Please understand safety is our number one priority.
    • All required forms will be electronically signed through registration. Please know that your electronic signature serves as your official signature for all agreements and releases.
    • When are auditions/callbacks?
      • Auditions: Date & Time to Be Announced — (Anyone in 2nd-9th Grade) who is registered. Auditions are not required and are only for those interested in a lead or supporting role (including featured dancer). All registered members are in the show. Auditions are not required.
        • Those auditioning will learn a portion of a song that will be announced soon and will sing individually as well as learn a brief dance combination and audition the dance portion in a group.
      • Callbacks: Date & Time to be Announced — for those who are on the call back on the website following auditions. Students will call home when they are finished.
    • Mandatory Practices & Commitment: Please note that practices between March 16th – March 28th are mandatory. The only exceptions are school events or religious ed (CCD/Prep) although attendance is strongly encouraged.
      • Please take the busy schedule into account before registering – If you have a known recurring conflict with another activity, sport or club, please take this into consideration when registering.
    • How will I know my registration is complete? You will receive an email confirmation and your card on file will be charged.
