Day 2 and we’re moving and grooving! Jungle Book Kids is off to a great start as we’ve already accomplished so much in just a quick two days. Campers arrived today ready to jump right into music and dance, as well as scene work, as our cast has been announced. Our staff divided and conquered as they knew we had many things to accomplish, even on Day 2!
We made time for some fun and games as we enjoyed the beautiful and hot summer day. Between games, art and faith formation, we had some time to relax and take a break from putting our show together.
Of course we spent a great deal of time working on our production. Mr. Brac was seen in the music room assisting with vocals and the rest of our production team kept checking off items on the list. We loved seeing everyone work together and get so much done in just the few quick camp day hours!
During our 6th block today, we spent leaving our mark on CCC! We made our own handprints where we shared happy and positive messages that will be carried with us throughout the next two weeks. All of us are a part of the CCC family – whether big or little hands, we all make an important mark on the CCC story!
