Day 2! What a fun and full day of hard work by our great group of campers. We got right down to business as campers spent the beginning part of the morning all together learning big vocals for The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley Jr.! It was so great to hear all of our campers singing together. They already sound wonderful and it’s just day 2!
We began our full class rotation today where campers experienced all six classes including music, dance, art, faith formation, games, and our set workshop. Some campers also had the chance to start our community prayer chain. Through the camp experience, we’ll be lifting up in prayer all of our special requests throughout our day!
New Workshop Experience
Campers have the opportunity to experience a new workshop this summer as they spend time with our set designer, Miss Mia. The class has been designed to help students learn about the behind the scenes and also be a part of putting our set together. Today, campers had the chance to assist with painting our set and putting props together. We loved seeing campers learn about how the small and big details come together to make a show happen and also have the chance to assist in that process. We see many future set designers!
Flat Stanleys Galore!
All campers spent time in the art room today making their own Flat Stanley. We know Flay Stanley will travel all about. Where will your child’s Flat Stanley end up this summer?
