One more day is complete here at CCC as we are getting closer and closer to show time! We are so proud of this talented group of campers as they prepare for another great Disney hit! In the last few days of camp, we are busy preparing for our production. Final touches on our props, costumes and set are in the works as campers continue to polish their performance. One of the great things about this show so much is the amount of roles it has. We have met so many new characters on the CCC stage through this production and enjoyed watching each come to life for CCC’s production My Son Pinocchio Jr.

“Relax, Be Cool, Chill Out…!”

So much fun was had today both on and off the stage as campers enjoyed this stellar weather day! We usually have the chance to all enjoy ‘games class’ but today we added in some extra fun with a group recess after lunch. We played ‘Capture the Staff Member’ in the form of ‘Capture the Flag’. Campers loved being on the search for staff members and capturing them this afternoon!

Someday our campers may be on the other side of the team as camp counselor! Most of our staff has been a part of CCC through the years, some having been with CCC when camp first began in 2011. The memories continue for so many as they travel from camper, to volunteer, to staff, which we love to see!

It was a great day all around to ‘relax, be cool, and chill out’ as our friends in Madagascar taught us earlier this summer. Not only was it the perfect weather day, but it was a fun day to just enjoy being at camp while having fun and making great memories. The summer days at CCC are winding down and we are savoring every moment!

In Art today, campers made their own Pinocchio puppet. We saw so many awesome creations. Special thanks to Mrs. Ellis who has spent her summer with CCC. Mrs. Ellis has made some awesome projects in art and allowed each camper to have a space to relax and be creative throughout the camp weeks. We are so grateful!

Don’t Miss It!

Join us this Thursday at 7:00pm and Friday at 2:00pm for our final performances of the summer! Disney’s My Son Pinocchio Jr. sponsored by Mr. Dave White will be another great summer hit for the CCC camp book!

Campers of the Day!

Congratulations to our Campers of the Day! These campers were awarded for being an example to others, being a team player and for shining both on and off the stage! Congrats to Joey, Alexis, Maria, Patrick & Luci (not pictured)! #CCCshines
