Our first theme day of the summer and what a blast it was! Our staff/volunteer team participated and made the day so much fun all around! It was so great to see our campers embrace our theme and also team up with other campers in their own ideas/designs. So much creativity!
Our day was full of learning! From music, dance, acting and beyond, we were so impressed with how much was accomplished. Our set team and staff was working behind the scenes to begin the process of putting together our set for our production. We can’t wait to see it!
Some of our campers had the chance to tell us their favorite part about their day! Here’s what they had to say:
- Gabriel Q.’s favorite part of his day was dodgeball.
- Quinn’s favorite part of her day was music class because she likes to sing.
- Rae’s favorite part of her day was dodgeball and the dance party in dance class.
- Lila’s favorite part of her day was music because she loves singing.
- Colin’s favorite part of his day was games.
- Mason’s favorite part of his day was art class. Campers have been working on group murals.
Making Memories All Day Long
Our campers always say how they love spending the summer days with new and old friends. They also say they enjoy time with our staff/volunteer team. When campers have a break from class, they are often seen enjoying the time during break and lunch to talk with our staff and volunteers. Through the years we have watched so many of our campers become a part of our volunteer team and then eventually onto our staff. We love this CCC tradition!
