Wow, wow, wow!
It’s hard to believe we are already 7 days into Junie B. Jones Jr.! We have absolutely loved putting this production together and creating summer memories while we’re at it!
Today was a big day for our campers as we finally did our first run through of our production of Junie B! It was so great to watch our set and props come to life while we continue to polish or show. Huge thanks to our Scenic Design team who always impresses us!
While we weren’t rehearsing, we enjoyed another beautiful day of games and outdoor activities. Campers enjoyed their downtime during snacks and lunch. We also had our first recess of this session where a competitive game of dodgeball went down as well as a couple other fun options for campers. We also had a chance to work on our Junie B. journals and make our Kiss Bags for our shows later this week.
We have just two full days of camp left before our performances begin. We can’t wait to have an audience and for you to enjoy all our hard work! Be sure to invite your friends and family!
Light of the World!
In Faith Formation today, we talked about being the light of the world and how we can be an example for one another but also that when someone may need a helping hand, we can also be a light for someone in need. After a quick activity led by our counselors, campers helped build our outdoor mural adding their name as a light to our world. #CCCshines

- All students in K-12th grade are invited to sing at CCC’s Performance in the Park that will take place Wednesday, August 4th at approximately 7:00pm at the Springfield Township Building Lawn located on Powell Road. Students in incoming 5th-12th grade are permitted to sign up for a solo performance. All other students will participate as ensemble members in the large group numbers. Come and sing with CCC as we showcase songs from School House Rock and Junie B. Jones! Rehearsals will take place on: July 15th from 4:00-5:00, July 21st from 4:00-5:00, August 3rd from 3:00-5:30 Sign Up Today!
