First theme day of the summer for CCC was a success!

Campers wore their best red, white and blue to show their patriotic spirit. It was wonderful to see such elaborate themed outfits and accessories as we quickly approach the 4th of July!

Theme Days have always been a fun tradition at CCC where campers go all out to try to be our Theme Day winners. The first group of winners for the day Brian, Erin, Audrey and Caroline! Stay tuned for next week’s theme: Whacky Wednesday/Crazy Hair Day!

Day 3 brought our campers another busy day full of learning with a lot of fun! Overheard throughout the day at camp was how much everyone loved their time outside on this beautiful day. Through some competitive games, campers enjoyed friendly competition and plenty of laughter. From capture the flag to dodgeball and many other games, campers were seen running with joy as they aimed to win!

Outside of our games and art classes today, campers learned two more dances, two more songs and spent time blocking a large portion of our show. Our campers have accomplished a lot as our week is more than half way over and flying by! It has been great to watch our campers grow each day and cheer each other on as we continue to put together our production.

As always, we incorporate our faith into all that we do at camp. Together we come together for prayer at lunch time and also lift up all of our special intentions as we kick off our day each morning. We also were lucky to have Fr. John Moloney from Saint Kevin Parish stop by at camp today to say hello and hear some of our music so far!

Congratulations to our Campers of the Day: Michael, Violet, Tyler & Sarah! #CCCshines
