“We Dance All Day!” What a wonderful week at CCC as this busy Friday comes to an end! From seeing each other for the first time in a while, to welcoming new CCC members, to singing and dancing, this was an AWESOME week!

This is the first time CCC is producing Pirates Past Noon Kids and we have fallen in love with the music! It has us on our feet and jumping right into the story from the Magic Tree House Collection. When we’re not learning music or dancing, we’re spending time in the art room and in games relaxing and doing other activities. Even when we’re not working on the show, our campers can be heard talking about their favorite songs or parts of the show which we love! In Art class today, we worked on our kiss bags. Kiss bags are a long CCC tradition that we create at summer camp and have out at our performances for guests to place treats or notes in our bag to performers. While we aren’t having a traditional CCC show, we do have a secret plan in place for our Kiss Bags and we hope it brings our campers another smile! Outside in games, Mr. Babcock keep our campers moving and enjoying the grounds here at St. Kevin. We have loved being back at St. Kevin this week. Did you know that CCC began at St. Kevin?

Putting our Show Together!

Campers with a lead or supporting role worked with Miss Tina this week on their blocking for our show that will take place next week. Even though acting looks a little different right now for everyone’s safety, our campers have adapted quickly and are working to navigate the suggestions and blocking Miss Tina has designed for our campers.

Friendships & Family at CCC!

We have so many lifelong friends and siblings at CCC and we love to see both sets of groups! One of our favorite things is that campers can do this activity together with their siblings, cousins or best friends. We love that our program serves children of all ages and that many members continue to give back to CCC as they age out of the program. CCC is one of the activities that family members can all do together at the same time!

Campers of the Day!

Each day we feature campers who shine both on and off the stage and are an example to others. Congrats to our Campers of the Day: Louis, Janie, Henry & Madison! #CCCshines
