Day 3 was jam packed with another full day of music, dance, art and games! We’ve been lucky the rain has been holding out for us so we can spend some time outside! With our theme being USA today, we were a sea of red, white and blue as we traveled the halls of COHS. We gathered this morning for our morning prayer and were quickly off and running into Stage Time. Once we warmed our voices up, we reviewed our dances before heading to our break time.

Smiles all around in Dance with Miss Erin! “Kanine Krunchies Can’t Be Beat!”

Following some hydration and a quick snack, we rotated through our classes. In Art, we made some fashionable dog collars to match each of our own personalities. Maybe you will see some of these collars on our stage next week! We also started creating our own dog houses – stay tuned for updates on this fun project!

In Music with Mr. Brac, we worked on “Twilight Bark”. If you couldn’t tell, we’re quickly turning into some talented pups here at CCC! In Acting Class, we reviewed our scene instruction and learned new scenes featuring some of our leads and supporting roles. We even worked a bit with Cruella De Vil. She gives us quite the chill! Be sure to gather your friends for our first production of the summer season featuring Disney’s 101 Dalmatians Kids on Friday, June 28th at 2:00pm & 7:00pm. This is a great activity for parents, grandparents, babysitters and more to come with children of all ages!

Polishing our acting while we worked on our scene work.

Faith & Fun Center Stage

Faith has always been at the core of who we are at CCC. It has always been an important for us to share our faith and spend time together as the CCC family. This afternoon, we spent time as a community in the chapel as Mr. Brac guided us through the Gospel and a reflection. We talked about the importance of family and how we can always look to Jesus and His Family as an example to us.
