Happy hump day! We’re halfway done our week and our show is already looking great. The campers and staff have both been working so hard to put together a successful production of Seussical Kids! Today was Philly Sports Day! Campers and staff members came into camp wearing their best Eagles, Phillies, 76ers, and Flyers gear. The campers love and always look forward to theme days!

The campers definitely worked hard today. We learned the vocals for “Here on Who,” “Solla Sellow,” “It’s Possible,” and the “Finale!” We also reviewed the vocals for “Oh The Thinks You Can Think.” In dance class, the campers learned the dance to “It’s Possible.” Today’s project in art class was making Horton masks. In faith formation Mr. Field and the campers discussed how God leads us as His sheep and He is the Shepard. In games, Mr. Babcock led the campers in a game of Cops and Robbers. Our set is now done being built and all that’s left is to paint. Every scene has now been taught, too! Our hard work is paying off.

Our campers have been having so much fun. The children love the singing, dancing, acting, and games. One camper said that this is the most fun she’s ever had at a camp! It’s so nice to see the children having a good time while putting on a great show. We can’t wait for you to see our shows next Friday, July 20th, at 2pm and 7pm.
