Today at camp we’ve been working very hard to put our show together and make it great for our two audiences on Friday, July 28th. We can’t wait for everyone to see it. Today we ran through the show in the morning and then went to snack. After snack some of the campers ran through the big musical numbers while other campers went to faith formation, which was held in the courtyard today. Mr. Field, the leader of faith formation, talked with the children about Adam and Eve. Soon the campers went to lunch and then had recess outside.
Today is July 25th, also known as Christmas in July! Because of this, the children all dress up in their favorite Christmas outfits. Catholic Community Choir loves to celebrate Christmas throughout December. CCC holds a Breakfast with Santa in December where children get lots of delicious food and get to talk to the big man himself, Santa. Also, anyone in CCC is invited to sing at the Christmas Eve 4pm mass with Mr. Brac at St. Kevin’s. Catholic Community Choir likes to make sure that all the children know that Jesus is the reason for the season!
Our show is in three days! We can’t believe that camp is almost over. We’ve been having so much fun working with the campers and we know they’ve been having fun, too. Make sure you buy your tickets. The ticket link is here.
